Our Mission
Our mission is to evaluate systems, equip changemakers to drive lasting, meaningful change, and empower organizations to prioritize accessibility, equity, and inclusion for all.
Our mission is to evaluate systems, equip changemakers to drive lasting, meaningful change, and empower organizations to prioritize accessibility, equity, and inclusion for all.
Before implementing solutions, we must correctly identify the problem and its root causes. Using a research-based, data-driven approach to coaching and consulting, we guide practitioners to evaluate existing systems, examine effectiveness (or lack thereof), and analyze data through an Improvement Science lens (Bryk et al., 2017). In doing so, we position you and your staff to devise realistic, actionable plans to appropriately address growth areas regarding accessible, equitable, and inclusive practices that build positive culture, climate, and community.
Equipping practitioners with the knowledge and tools to establish and maintain school cultures rooted in empathy, mutual respect, and reflective practices begins and ends with integrating the core social and emotional learning (SEL) competencies in all aspects of the educational and professional community. As consultants and coaches, we guide practitioners to create more accessible, equitable, and inclusive ecosystems using a custom-tailored approach and our flagship research-based proprietary framework, The UDL for SEL.
Our keynote addresses, professional development sessions, coaching programs, and workshops engage and empower participants through in-depth discussions. Our focus is empowering practitioners in educational and professional settings to cultivate and sustain true accessibility, equity, and inclusion for individuals of diverse and divergent abilities.
